Gua Sha is a massage tool and technique that came from Chinese tradition. This piece is carved from Bian Stone, used as a healing stone for thousands of years. It is believed to have been created by the impact of meteorites upon the Earth's surface in Shandong, approximately 66 million years ago. When practiced regularly, Bian Stone Gua Sha helps to smooth fascia, depuff, and improve blood circulation while releasing tension and promoting relaxation.

• Wash your face gently with a mild cleanser and pat it dry.
